Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 18:00 (6 PM) GMT+1 are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local carriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Partners
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- Order value
- Delivery destination
The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout after entering your delivery address.
Free shipping is available for all orders over €50.
We work with Distrilink and a trusted network of regional delivery partners across the EU to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Please note: Depending on your location, customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union except Germany.

Payment & Order Tracking
We accept all major payment methods securely via Mollie. Payment is required at the time of checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay informed about your delivery status.
Returns, Refunds & Legal Compliance
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
